Virtual card fees
Virtual cards are quick to get, and the price is often found in small charges: for issuing the card, for each top-up and for currency conversion. Many are sold through Telegram bots and small apps, where fee lists are short.
The section sets these charges side by side, together with the services that reject the card and what happens to it when the balance is empty.
Documentation tends to be sparse. When a fee is not stated, the review reports it as not disclosed, and a figure from another source is labelled unofficial.
